Opus Condominiums was originally built in 2007 as Islamorada Condominiums and the name was changed to Opus Condominiums by the developer three years later. There are 53 units on 11 floors
There are 5 different unit types. A - E
Unit A is on the west side (facing the intra-coastal) - has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, 2 balconies - aprox. 1730 sq

Unit C and D are direct ocean front units, aprox. 1950 sq ft., are three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Balconies are east facing the ocean.
The building has a heated swimming pool and spa, workout room, owner's lounge / game room and indoor parking - one space per unit. Each unit also has 1 secure storage locker.
We focus on maximizing the value of our building for the benefit of our owners. We desire a positive atmosphere with upscale amenities for our community. Our members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us affect change.
