SWIMMING POOL and Spa
The swimming pool and hot tub / spa were completely refinished with new tile and pool lining. The project was started and finished in January.
Pool filter
The pool filter was replaced.
Painting
The hallways were recently painted on all floors
owner club room and common areas
The Owner club room will have a basic redo, painting, and new artwork to be installed. This will give the club room and hallways a more modern look.
Exterior roof repairs
The Fascia and stucco will be fixed, as well as all dryer vents to be cleaned from both inside and outside the building, using a man-lift. Screen coverings should also be repaired.
Elevator Repair
Special Order parts for the elevators were ordered and installed.
BDA Installation
The state of Florida is requiring a special emergency communication system be installed so that emergency personnel on scene can use their own emergency communication systems.
security cameras
Additional security camera will be installed around the property to give management and owners a more complete view of what is happening. Camera should be the enhanced optics type cameras..
